Life has become very easy in today's world of e-Commerce, electronic banking, and other electronic services. However, many people hesitate to take advantage of these technologies because of security concerns.

One way to ensure security of data that is transferred using any digital medium is 'Encryption'. The data is encrypted and hence is safe. But encryption does not identify the sender. Digital Certificates enables us to verify someone's identity.

Digital certificates can be used by servers to assure users to identify the organisation, these servers are associated with. This also assures users that the content from the server is in fact from the organization that the server belongs to.

Process Platform can accommodate the usage of digital certificates. Users can access Process Platform using digital certificates. Apache or IIS can be configured to enable users to log in to Process Platform using digital certificates.
